Recipe: Iddy 怎么制作(印度食品)?

Iddly .... mmm...yummy!

Ingredients needed:
1)      200g Iddly flour
2)      320ml Water
3)      Oil for spreading the Iddly mould

 
Method
 
  1. Buy a packet of Iddly mix.
  2. Mix the Iddly flour gently with the water.
  3. Leave it for 2-3 mins. Spread the mould with oil.
  4. Pour the batter in the steaming cups.
  5. Cover the steamer and steam for 7-10mins.
  6. Test the Iddly with a stick. If the batter doesn’t stick to the stick it is cooked.
Note: Iddly usually serve with sambar or cattni. It may also serve with brown sugar for children.
